Mission

Promote every child’s right to quality education through social inclusion and excellence in teaching and active parent involvement Values The values of the CIE PU will be integrity, independence, and inclusiveness.
Integrity
Our commitment, consistency, professionalism, and transparency are the backbone of our organization and the guarantee to all our stakeholders, from child beneficiaries to board members, that the values we represent and the research we promote are the result of our best effort to positively develop social policy in Azerbaijan.
Independence
We are an independent NGO whose research and recommendations are made based on real analysis and evidence. Through our independence we believe that CIE can rise above political debate to deliver consistently relevant, fact-based research that will be respected by all stakeholders and deliver the maximum impact.
Inclusiveness
CIE is a unique organization where we respect differences and believe that everyone should be treated equally. Our core approach in education and overall social policy is rooted in the deep belief that each child deserves our respect as a growing individual. Teachers, educational experts, human service providers, parents, communities, and state institutions are our respected partners and we know we cannot make a difference alone. To us, inclusiveness applies to both our target community— the children, families, and communities whom we strive to serve— and to our implementing partners such as donors and state decision makers. In other words, our research targets the needs and well-being of every single child, while our approach includes all relevant stakeholders in the decision making process. Only through keeping inclusion at the heart of both our research and our approach, can CIE hope to succeed in bringing inclusive social policy to Azerbaijan.
