ISSA Conference 2019 brought together 396 professionals from 61 countries and various fields, all focused on one thing: building Nurturing Environments for young children and their families.

Together they learned, laughed and investigated an Early Childhood field that is no longer business as usual. The goal? To better support young children in their development, through the various settings where they live, play, grow and learn. 

The keynote addresses of Prof. dr. Paul Leseman, Head of Department Social and Behavioral Science (Utrecht University), Sarah Klaus, the Director of the Early Childhood Program at the Open Society Foundations, Michael Feigelson, the Bernard van Leer Foundation’s Executive Director and a special address from Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands are all available for viewing on our YouTube channel.
