In the rapidly evolving educational landscape, the role of CPD educators—trainers, mentors, and coaches—is critical in building an inclusive and high-quality learning ecosystem. The PIQET project recognizes the often-overlooked importance of these CPD educators and addresses their needs through a comprehensive framework of nine quality principles.

This final dissemination event will present the outcomes of PIQET, featuring insights from pilot programs in Slovenia and Croatia, practical applications of the PIQET handbook, and discussions on how these resources can elevate CPD systems across borders. With a focus on reflection and actionable strategies, the event will inspire participants to integrate the tools into their work and contribute to sustainable improvements of CPD practices.
