The main goal of NGO “Helping Hand” is to satisfy and advocate for legitimate rights and interests of its members in various spheres of public life. To disclose and develop creative, moral, intellectual potential of people, targeting national and universal values, to promote the development of civil society, to support and develop public initiatives, to promote the development of all the forms and areas of social partnership with government bodies, economic entities and non-governmental organizations, to promote the improvement of the system of social protection and social security of the population;
