How many contributions can I submit?
You can submit as many proposals as you'd like, under each strand and topic.
- There are three strands, which will run sequentially throughout the two days, so you can submit a proposal for each strand, since they will not be held in parallel. However, for each strand under which you want to contribute, you will need to submit a separate proposal.
- Under each strand, there are three different topics under which you can submit a proposal. The three topics will run concurrently. You can submit proposals under multiple topics, but you would need to submit a separate proposal under each topic, and you can only be accepted for one topic under a given strand, since the topics will be run in concurrent sessions under their strand.
- If you're not 100% sure which strand or topic your contribution should fall under, don't worry. When reviewing submissions, we will consider all proposals and reach out to you if we feel your proposal would work well under a different strand or topic.
Contact us: If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to info@issa.nl. We'd be happy to hear from you and respond.
Deadline: Since many have reached out asking for a bit more time, we have extended the deadline to Monday, April 27th, but we unfortunately won't be able to extend it beyond that.
Next steps: After the submission deadline, the conference committee will review all submissions and will notify all those who submitted before the end of May, whether their proposals have been approved or not, or if revisions are requested. We will then also provide guidance regarding the organization and flow of sessions, and help you connect with other contributors who will be involved in the same session.
We thank you in advance for your interest, time, and consideration, and hope to read your submissions soon, and/or to see you at ISSA Conference 2026. Please keep in mind that, this year, capacity is much more limited, and the early bird rates are still available, so please reserve your spot early.
